Terms & Conditions

  • 25% DEPOSIT will be required to confirm Bookings. No refund will be made after the commencement of a booking.
  • Cancellations: Once the deposit is received and the booking confirmed by us, the deposit becomes non-refundable upon cancellation. The Total Cost of Hire will be charged for a cancellation made on the day of Hire. 
  • For Weddings, a Minimum of 3 consecutive hours car hire applies. 
  • We will undertake to transport a reasonable amount of luggage. If however, in the judgement of our chauffeur, the volume and weight is excessive, we reserve the right to refuse the carriage of the said luggage.
  • We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to clients' property whilst in the car(s).
  • In the event of a breakdown, we reserve the right to provide an alternate vehicle. If the vehicle provided is of a lesser standard, an adjustment to the hire cost will be made.
  • We shall hold customers responsible for any damage done to the vehicle by customers including, but not limited to, cigarette burns, breakage, stains, etc.
