1. During office hours (between 0700 and 1800 hours), a representative will meet you in the Arrival Hall holding a placard featuring the customer’s surname.
2. After office hours, please proceed to the SKY PARK VALET PARKING Counter located in the QANTAS TERMINAL
Provide your Name and Proof of Identity (eg. Driver’s Licence with photograph). An envelope with your vehicle keys and documentation will then be handed to you.
NOTE: Pre-arrival documentation completion is required. Our car rental Booking Form must be completed and returned beforehand for this After Office Hours vehicle collection arrangement.
NB: It is imperative that you provide us with your customer’s flight details so our staff can anticipate delays and know which baggage carousel to be waiting at.

Provide your Name and Proof of Identity (eg. Driver’s Licence with photograph). An envelope with your vehicle keys and documentation will then be handed to you.
