Insurance

Executive Hire Cars maintains all insurance coverages that are required under federal and state legislation providing protection for its customers, staff and suppliers. When you rent a vehicle from Executive Hire Cars it is registered, insured and meets all roadworthy standards required under legislation.

The hirer of the vehicle has certain obligations under the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement. These include a liability for loss or damage to the vehicle or third party property. In some circumstances liabilities maybe reduced by the payment of a Loss or Damage Liability Reduction Fee. The applicable liabilities are detailed on part A of the rental agreement. The conditions of payment of liabilities is detailed in the Executive Hire Cars Vehicle Damage Policy.

Rental Agreement Breaches

In the event that the vehicle is damaged and you are in breach of contract you will be fully liable for all loss associated with repair of the vehicle and you will be liable for any third party damage.

Personal Injury

Western Australia requires all vehicles to hold a current Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Policy. This covers personal injury to driver (when not at fault), passengers of the insured vehicle and third parties.

In the event of a claim Executive Hire Cars will advise you of the CTP insurer for that vehicle.

Contents of Vehicle

Executive Hire Cars does not provide any insurance or take any liability for loss or damage to hirer or third party property carried or left in rented vehicles
