Vehicle Collection

The hirer must present three forms of ID including a valid driver?s license, composed in the English language. If your driver?s licence does not include a photo you will be required to provide alternative photo identification and additional identification. You do not have to present your International Drivers Licence, provided your licence of origin is clearly valid and recognised as an authentic driver?s licence. 

Delays

At airport locations Executive Hire Cars will hold vehicles when flights are delayed provided the flight number has been given. Vehicles will be released if not collected 30 minutes after flights have cleared.

At city locations vehicles will be held for one hour after the nominated collection time.

Methods of Payment

You must present a valid credit card in your name with sufficient funds to cover the cost of the rental and any additional bonds. The credit card is authorised at the time of rental.

  • Accepted credit cards are Visa. Mastercard. American Express. and Diners Club.
  • 4% Surcharge applies for payment by AMERICAN EXPRESS & DINERS CLUB Credit Cards.
  • Cheques, Company or personal, are not accepted at any time.

Reservations can not be made using cash as a method of payment although it is accepted under certain circumstances for unreserved business.

Charges

Charges are calculated and payment collected at the time of vehicle collection. No refunds are given for vehicles returned early.

Reservation cancellation charges may apply during peak periods.

Web rates exclude charges for refueling.
