Located between Dunsborough and Yallingup,Empire Retreat is nestled within 265 acres of tranquil pastures, natural bushland and the Empire Estate vineyard. There are four unique room styles, with ten suites in total. From the private deck of each sumptuously appointed suite, you'll enjoy the awe inspiring natural beauty of this unique part of the world. The stunning local beaches, award winning wineries and world class art galleries are as near or as far as you desire them to be.

ROOM TYPES

Empire Retreat offers 4 unique Room styles set amongst tranquil bushland, with 10 suites in total. Architecturally designed to ensure complete privacy, each suite offers the kind of luxury that has become synonymous with the Empire retail group. Subdued lighting, natural stone and timbers create the perfect ambience. The finest linens and soft furnishings wait to envelop you.

Loft Suite (2)
Located upstairs in the original farmhouse. Each has a queen size bed, sofa, dining setting and ensuite bathroom. Both Loft suites overlook landscaped gardens with bushland views

Courtyard Suite (1)
Located on the lower level of the main house. This secluded room features a private courtyard entrance and is appointed with a King size bed, elegant side tables and a lounge chair. A spa overlooks a private walled garden.

Deluxe Suite (4)
Connected to the main house via a timber boardwalk. Each suite has a private balcony with outdoor shower overlooking native bushland. The Deluxe suites are appointed with a King size bed, spa, dining setting and lounge chair.

Luxury Villa (3)
Each villa offers complete sanctuary and privacy and is accessible from the main house via timber boardwalks. Each is open plan in style, with a step down lounge area that is appointed with an open fire place, corner lounge setting, dining suite and small kitchen. The lounge area features bi fold doors that open on to a timber decked balcony offering a panoramic vista of the estate. A deluxe spa bath in the ensuite overlooks a private garden courtyard that features an outdoor shower

CONDITIONS:

• Valid to 31st March 2009
• All Bookings on a REQUEST BASIS AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY of  Vehicles & Empire Retreat Accommodation.
• Rates include 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST); 600 Kilometres, Vehicle Registration Recovery Fee (VRRF), Duty Recovery Fee and Damage Liability Reduction (See INSURANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS) 
• Accommodation subject to surcharge on Public Holidays and Peak Season
• Accommodation includes Gourmet Breakfast served daily until 10am.
• Unfortunately Empire Retreat does not cater for children under 15 years of age.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

• A credit card number is required and $500.00 is charged when the booking is made to guarantee the reservation. As we are holding your reservation in good faith, there is a 10 day cancellation policy, your card would be charged with the full amount of your stay should you cancel, amend or change your reservation within 10 days of arrival. Upon quoting credit card details you are verbally agreeing to our booking conditions.
• Sports Convertibles include 600 kilometres. Excess kms  @ 50 cents per km.)
• MINIMUM AGE for Sports Vehicles Hire: 25 years for all.
• FREE Delivery/Collection of Vehicle to Perth Metropolitan Hotels.
• Perth Domestic & International Airports - Delivery / Collection Fees @ $55.00 
• Credit Card Pre-Authorisation of $3300.00 for all  Sports Convertibles will be required at Vehicle Collection. This bond deposit is held by the Bank for a Minimum of 10 working days
• 4% Surcharge applies for payment by AMERICAN EXPRESS & DINERS CLUB Credit Cards
• Full tank of Fuel is provided at vehicle checkout. Return with full tank or charges @ $2.75 per litre will apply.
